Morgan Knezacek SHRP, CAFA
Executive Search Associate

Morgan Knezacek understands how to attract talent in Saskatchewan. She has a track record in finding the right people for organizations in a variety of industries. After gaining an education in marketing and human resources, she worked in the transportation industry as a recruiter. This honed her keen sense for attracting people into challenging vacancies. As her career progressed, she developed connections and relationships in the government and the business sector through her positions at the Canadian Grain Commission and PotashCorp. Morgan’s passion for agriculture led her to work with John Deere Dealerships where she developed and executed recruitment and search strategies across Western Canada. She brings her astute understanding of organizations and people and her keen interest and passion for aligning business needs to people’s skill sets to the executive search process. Morgan is certified in Myers Briggs, Mediation, and GF2 (Growing Forward 2). She holds an Advanced Certificate in Executive Search & Leadership Consulting from Cornell University's School of Industrial & Labour Relations. 


Patricia Albers M.Ed., ACC
Associate Senior Consultant

Patricia has 30 years of experience in the field of human resources and specializes in executive coaching. She works with individuals and groups while providing leadership development, team development, career coaching, and outplacement services. She has worked with senior executives and their teams in a broad variety of industries, from mining and manufacturing to insurance and government.

Patricia has a Master’s degree in Adult and Higher Education, which provides her with an understanding of group dynamics, learning styles, training development, and personality preferences. Her dynamic approach to instructing workshops and seminars has earned her a reputation as a fun, motivating facilitator adept at translating theory into practice.

Patricia is certified to administer and interpret a variety of assessment instruments, including the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), which she uses to help build strong teams, improve job performance, develop leadership skills, determine career fit, and as a recruitment assessment tool. She also uses the Work Personality Index (WPI), FIRO Business, the Thomas-Kilman Conflict Mode Instrument and others.

Patricia has an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation; her coaching approach is collaborative, goal-oriented and solutions-focused. 


Sherry Ottey RPR
Senior Researcher & Analyst

Sherry Ottey has a broad background in all aspects of human resources, which she gained while a consultant with Koenig & Associates for 5 years followed by an HR position at Black & McDonald. She is an experienced researcher and excels at locating and sourcing qualified candidates for search assignments. She represents both InTell and clients organizations with the utmost professionalism and opens doors to potential candidates that would otherwise remain closed. She is very adept at conducting references to ensure that clients have the best and most appropriate candidates for their organizations. Sherry is a certified MBTI Step II practitioner.

 

Coralee Neer
Associate Consultant

Coralee Neer grew up in an entrepreneurial family owned business. She is our forward thinking driver who likes to “colour outside the lines”.  Coralee received her degree in Human Resource Management from Dickinson State University in Dickinson, ND while attending on a rodeo scholarship.  Coralee recently experienced an unusual growth opportunity as the only HR generalist in a company with a head count of 540 in the heart of the Bakken oil boom based out of Williston ND.  This fast paced environment and the drastic changes resulting from the oil and gas downturn seasoned her beyond her years.   Coralee started her career with Koenig InTell where she first learned how to specialize in all facets of executive search.  Strong in all facets of HR along with a keen ability to identify ideal executive search candidates, Koenig InTell is very pleased that Coralee brings her dynamic edge to the team again.
